《最高人民法院關(guān)于印發(fā)〈人民法院組織機構、職務(wù)名稱(chēng)、工作場(chǎng)所英譯文〉的通知》

各省、自治區、直轄市高級人民法院，解放軍軍事法院，新疆維吾爾自治區高級人民法院生產(chǎn)建設兵團分院：

黨的十八大以來(lái)，人民法院在以習近平同志為核心的黨中央領(lǐng)導下，持續深化司法體制改革，深入開(kāi)展國際司法交流合作，中國特色社會(huì )主義司法制度更加成熟更加定型，我國司法國際形象和影響力不斷提升。人民法院組織法、法官法修訂完成后，一些司法改革最新成果的英譯文亟待確定。隨著(zhù)更高層次改革開(kāi)放加速推進(jìn)，國際司法交流合作日益深入，涉外案件和司法協(xié)助業(yè)務(wù)穩步增長(cháng)，更有必要進(jìn)一步規范人民法院組織結構、職務(wù)名稱(chēng)、工作場(chǎng)所的英譯文。

為落實(shí)習近平總書(shū)記關(guān)于加強我國國際傳播能力建設的重要指示，推進(jìn)對外法治宣傳，講好中國法治故事，完善新時(shí)代人民法院的國際交流合作、涉外案件審判機制，推動(dòng)形成更高層次改革開(kāi)放新格局，最高人民法院經(jīng)廣泛征求意見(jiàn)，就人民法院組織機構、職務(wù)名稱(chēng)、工作場(chǎng)所的英譯文作出規范，現印發(fā)給你們。請在國際交流合作、涉外案件審理、雙語(yǔ)標識制作中結合實(shí)際遵照執行?！蛾P(guān)于規范法院名稱(chēng)及法院工作人員職務(wù)英譯文的通知》（法外〔2004〕230號）同時(shí)廢止。
